Submit An Inquiry
You’ll start by submitting an inquiry form to host a mobile event. Within 24-48 hours, you will get a response via email letting you know if the date and time you requested is available. Once you’ve been approved, you will be sent a contract and invoice to pay full amount immediately, as it’s first come first serve and we book-up pretty quickly. Once payment has been received, your mobile event has been secured.

Hosting Your Event
We will arrive at your designated location and you’ll start by choosing which lip product you’d like to create! From crème lipstick to liquid matte, we’ve got you covered. Once you’ve selected your style, your mixologist will help you create your custom lip shade that compliments your unique skin tone! You can test up to two shades and adjust as you go to ensure your signature shade is perfect.

Apply Your Creation
Name your shade to truly make it yours. Once you’ve tested your custom creation and approved its awesomeness, your mixologist will finalize your masterpiece!

What is Lip N Pour?
Lip N Pour is a fun cosmetic experience for anyone interested in creating their lip products! We offer a variety of lip bases, pigments, frosts, and scents - you are literally creating your lippie from scratch.
Are Lip N Pour lip products cruelty and vegan-free?
Yes and yes! All of the products we manufacture are vegan, cruelty-free, paraben-free, gluten-free, non-comedogenic, and phthalates-free. We craft our products with care, using a globally-compliant formula that's good for you and our furry friends.
How long is a Lip N Pour workshop?
Workshops last up to 1.5 hours.
Can I return my product?
Due to the nature of the item, and for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges.
Can I stop in anytime to make a product?
Pre-registration and an inquiry form is required for all mobile events.
What are the different bases I can choose from?
Creme Base: Opulent, creamy, intensely-pigmented formula bathes lips with moisture.
Matte Base: Luxurious with a modern matte finish. Delivers saturated color, intense hydration and extended wear, for soft, smooth, beautiful lips.
Liquid Matte Base: Luxurious liquid formula glides on smoothly, delivering full-coverage. This base is not completely kiss-proof but extremely seductive. It has a matte finish without any of the drying side effects.

What if I select a base online, and then want to change during the event?
We go over the bases prior to starting each experience, so what you pick online during registration is not set in stone.
What is the Mobile Studio Experience price?
The introductory price starts at $625 which covers 5 guests making one lip product each. There will be a travel fee added to overall price, based on where the event is hosted. No discount codes are allowed for our Mobile Studio experiences.

How far do you travel?
We travel within a 1-2 hour radius surrounding Charlotte, NC. There is a travel fee ($1.50/mile) that starts from our studio location (1811 Sardis Rd N Suite 204 Charlotte, NC 28270) that will be added to each invoice.
Are we allowed to bring in outside beverages and food?
No! Outside food and drinks are prohibited. We do provide one complimentary glass of wine for guests 21+.
Can my friends come and watch me make my product?
Every person in attendance is required to have a paid seat to stay on premises. Due to limited space and comfort, parents and other guests are not allowed in mobile studio during workshop.
Does Lip N Pour have an age limit?
Guests have to be 8+ years and older. While we do love to have our little divas, please be mindful that our primary focus is on adult experiences. Our supplies are adult sized, and our guests may be trying to have their own night out!
What time should I arrive?
Arriving 15 minutes early is required to get uncorked, smocked & in your seat and enjoy! We expect all guests to arrive NO LESS THAN 15 minutes prior to the start of the session. Guests arriving after the start of the session will be refused and no refunds given.
My guests cannot make their reservation, can I make their product instead?
Unfortunately, no. If a guest cannot attend the event, they should contact the studio within 24 hours of scheduled event date. Registration is non-refundable, non-transferable, or redeemable for cash.
Can Lip N Pour match a discontinued lipstick?
Absolutely! The only thing we can’t match are shades with glitter or frost. For a more accurate match, we recommend bringing your discontinued shade to your appointment with you.
